Report by Joshua Kong Yun Chee on “Criminal Conspiracy” against us. 25 Sept., 2013
I, Joshua Kong Yun Chee as the tenant of House
No.vvvvvvvvvvvvvv, would like to lodge
this Police Report to resolve the several problems around my house.
As I and my wife have been communicating with
Kota Kinabalu city hall or DBKK over the said problems since August, 2013, there has not been any solution from my
neighbours.
Although it may appear to be about my dogs not
causing any nuisance to my neighbours, I would define the crisis for more than
two months since I moved in to the new house with my wife and six dogs in late
July, 2013 as
‘Criminal conspiracy” as per our letter to the
DBKK on 3rd of September, 2013.
I have a strong belief that this crisis is
engineered by a criminal still at large known as Soh See Yee @ Gary soh /Soo (SSY) which was reported to the
Police as per Police Report Luyang/002101/07 15 June 07. SSY had been trailing us for almost 20 years
and everything we moved houses recently since mid 2000, he and his gang could
be disturbing the people who helped us to find a house and the landlords.
While some neighbours maybe against my dogs as
an excuse, the ‘criminal conspiracy’ as initiated by SSY also has backing from
some powerful people including the top politicians. I have letters to prove that my moving to
this house was very much disturbed, while previous moves encountered problems.
Our dogs are also top security guard dogs who
take turn to guard my house and ourselves.
They do make the normal noises whenever required. But our right house neighbours including the
foreign maid (dog hater?) would disturb our dogs to make them more noisy due to
the over extended house at House No. 26.
Yesterday, the same visiting woman (No name) at house no. 26 was a
troublemaker to challenge my dogs who then make much retaliating noises/barking. That was a very bad intention and a public
nuisance being an outsider and stranger to my dogs.
We have been to the Director General of DBKK
who told us that YB Edward Yong oi Fah had instructed DG to do something about
the dogs and we had written to YB Yong on 20th August, 2013 and
delivered by hand to his office at 15 floor of Wisma Innoprise but so far for
more than a month there is no reply. I would call that as an abused power and
likely part of the ‘criminal conspiracy’.
We have also lodged complaints to DBKK about
several violations of the Bye-laws in my area.
I and my wife would like to ask the Police to
look at the ‘criminal conspiracy’ and especially to make sure that the very
elderly woman at the house No. XXX, who had been very unreasonable and giving
all sorts of instructions to others and the foreign maid to have her heads checked for mental problem.
We need the six guard dogs to keep us safe as
crimes by hard core criminal like SSY and his gang are on the rise.
