This is abused power by the YB Edward Yong over a 'CRIMINAL CONSPIRACY' at my house and also a nepotism in action over some

petty issues over dogs.

Details  are in this blog as YB EY had not replied to my letter why he is involved with this CRIMINAL CONSPIRACY of the alleged CRIMINALS in the state Government- a government for GANGSTERS.

PETALING JAYA: Due to pressure from animal welfare groups and the public, Alor Setar City Council (MBAS) has decided to extend the evacuation notice to the shelter operated by Muhammad Azmi Ismail.
Muhammad Azmi, or affectionately known as Pak Mie, told The Star Online that he was informed by Alor Setar MP Gooi Hsiao Leung that the demolition, supposed to take place Thursday, has been postponed.
"YB Gooi met personally with the mayor Datuk Mat Noh Ahmad and he agreed to extend the eviction notice until December," he said, adding an official letter of the decision would be released soon.
It was reported previously that Pak Mie and his wife were left in a bind after MBAS told them to evacuate by Sept 19.
They were also turned away from an alternative site in Kuala Nerang, some 37km away from Alor Setar, by the Padang Terap District Council.
Pak Mie said that he felt relieved upon learning the decision, as he would have more time to find an alternative site for his shelter.
"When I was told that we were given more time to evacuate, I felt relieved and couldn't thank Gooi enough for his hard work.
"I would also like to thank the mayor and Kedah exco Badrul Hisham Hashim for their help and co-operation," he said.

10. We saved an injured young dog

In the first day of 51^st year of Malaysia, Allan Zinkler (An Australian) and Joshua Kong managed to save an injured young dog trapped in drain in Jalan Pelanduk, Tmn Kinamount before 4pm with the help of Sabah Civil Defence of Sembulan.

According to Allan, the little dog was inside the drain under the access road cover infront of the house next to Allan. 

Allan did not know what to do with the little dog until he brought me to collect some dog’s food from a restaurant in Damai.  Allan told me in his car that a dog was in the drain since morning.  Then I contacted SPCA if it can offer some help when i knew Sabah Civil Defence Department can do the rescue work.

Immediately I contacted 999 for Civil Defence Department and CVD told me the preparation to come to the place and after some hard work managed to drag the injured dog out of the draiin.

Since nobody including CVD could not retain the injured dog, Allan decided to keep the dog and would likely to send it to the  veterinary for the injured back foot. (no serious injury but a sprain)

The message of this unusual event speaks volume that we need to care for the dogs in Sabah.

Defiant Muslim dog rescuer dares council to sue him

Instructed to evacuate their premises, a Muslim male saviour of hundreds of dogs in Kedah has challenged the authorities to sue him if they really have a problem with what he is doing.

"I don't want to trouble people. The easiest thing is for the local council...to instruct their lawyer to sue me in court. 

"They can charge me, because it is me who is doing this, not the dogs. Am I breaking the law? Am I sinning?" Muhammad Azmi Ismail asked when contacted by KiniTV. 

Better known as Pak Mie, Muhammad Azmi, said that Alor Setar City Council has instructed them to evacuate the present premises on Sept 19. 

However, the Padang Terap District Council has informed that he and his wife, Mak Intan ,cannot relocated their makeshift animal shelter to their chosen area because of local resistance.

While he still does not know where he will move to, Pak Mie said he will not abandon the dogs as they are innocent.

"I will care for these dogs, come what may...My heart is becoming harder because of these things. I will do anything, even if it involves using force," he said.

Meanwhile, Pak Mie, whose tale of selflessness has featured even in international news reports, said that today he will meet with Alor Setar MP Gooi Hsiao Leung who has offered to help to explore his options.

8. Letter of demand against CRIMINAL conspiracy

Dear Datuk Mayor,

Re:  Criminal Conspiracy and Disturbances in my area – Taman Sri Kepayan

Further to our recent communications to you and the Assistant Minister YB Datuk Yong Oi Fah, it is obvious it is Criminal Conspiracy at a high level and confirmed by what we saw yesterday at about 10.30am in the main road just outside lorong 20, Taman Sri Kepayan.  The ‘watchman’ in a 4WD vehicle was likely the key criminal Soh See Yee (SSY) applying evil pressure on the authorities to act against us and use our Guard Dogs as an excuse and later to attack us once the dogs are out of our home when black magic fails for decades.   

2.             We are no longer surprised (not new) that top politicians are involved with criminal gangs with SSY as the known and unknown link in execution of increasing crimes hence our case is now confirmed Criminal Conspiracy.

3.             Further it is confirmed as a Criminal Conspiracy and DBKK is part of this as the notices we received from the department on dogs are unclear of the offence under the socalled ‘by-laws’ we have committed especially in our new area.  Since it is classified as Criminal Conspiracy, we need to review the activities of DBKK when the person who signed the letter dated 28^th August, 2013 was someone without the name specified hence it is illegal.  So the warning of likely ‘brute force’ coming from DBKK is likely applied under this Criminal Conspiracy without further NOTICE.  The anonymity of socalled complaints further confirms Criminal Conspiracy.

4.             If our guard dogs (so important to us) are the matters of anonymous complaints and DBKK acts so ‘well’ on this, then DBKK must also do likewise on our legitimate complaints (not anonymous) as per appendix A.

5.             We are not sure on the credibility of the specific complaints not disclosed so far and DBKK acting on them against us and our guard dogs as victims.  The matters now pursued by DBKK under whatever policies or bylaws must be revamped for the good of all.  Bad policies must be removed.  Dogs and guard dogs are part and parcel of our society.

If it is about the noise, there are plenty of those undesirable stances in our midst not to mention the loudspeakers.

If it is about the number, then some people just wanted zero as they hate dogs for no good reasons as dogs are created by God before human beings.  So what is what now?  How can anyone for that matter make policies to restrict the localized friendly animals?

6.             We have already written enough.

7.             If the worst of brute force in whatever forms come from DBKK, we would hold DBKK as fully responsible in the matters of break-in, disturbances, and even personal injuries arising from this Criminal Conspiracy.    

8.             You have been warned of the consequence of criminal activities against us in the event of lesser number or none of guard dogs in our new home.  In view of Criminal Conspiracy and hanky panky thereof, we want to see Court order for any further action.

9.           Thank you for reading this letter and appropriate action anticipated as we also speak on behalf of the animals.
